BY OUR EMPLOYMENT LIABILITY POLICIES?
Our employment liability policies offer employers coverage from allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, as well employment related incidents resulting in wrongful demotion, wrongful employment, promotion, or other wrongful practices.
WHAT TYPE OF LOSS COULD BE COVERED FOR YOU?
|Loss can result from damages, judgments, settlements, statutory attorney fees and defense costs (subject to the definitions on the policy form).
DO YOU OFFER FSLA/WAGE AND HOUR COVERAGE?
ARE THESE COVERAGES INCLUDED IN THE PREMIUM?
|Policies are available for selected risk groups. If an applicant is eligible, they must fill out our wage and hour supplemental application, and if you qualify based on the supplied information, the Wage and Hour defense sub-limit of $100,000 could be purchased for an additional policy premium.|
